Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin or bread of choice, split and toasted
  • 1 vegan sausage patty of choice
  • 1 slice of tomato and/or a few slices of avocado
  • 2-3 tbsp Empasta Cheeze Sauce (for spreading)
  • 1 tsp vegan mayo (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegan sausage patty according to package directions (pan-fry, bake, or microwave).
  2. Toast the English muffin or bread until golden and crisp. Spread a thin layer of vegan mayo on each half if desired.
  3. Spread Empasta Cheeze Sauce on one side of the English muffin or bread slice to add a creamy, savory flavor.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by layering the cooked vegan sausage patty on top of the Empasta Cheeze Sauce. Add the tomato and/or avocado slices.
